In a word, it was N-A-S-T-Y today! Can anybody say Green Bay/frozen tundra. The wind (14 mph) kept everybody in the deep freeze, so to speak. According to Weather Channel.com, it was 49 degrees at 3:00 pm, but with wind chill it was 44. B-r-r-r. Even saying that, though, we had 8 hearty golfers tackle the course this morning.

POINTS

Although the weather was a factor for most everybody, we still had a pretty decent day score-wise. Duke and Hergy shared the honors this morning with +3's. Duke shot a 41-47=88, while Hergy shot a 43-42=85, which was also good for medalist honors today.

NINES - Notable nines for this morning's sessions: Duke had a 41 to lead the group today. Hergy and Moody had 42's, Brent & Hergy had 43's, Ron had a pair of 43's as well. Don had a 44, Larry a 45!

TEAMS

The team scores were split as well today. The team of Ron, Don, Duke and Moody managed to win 2/3rd's of the money with a -1 1/2 on the front over Brent, Hergy, Larry and Jack's -3. Everything was reversed on the back with BHL&J managing to break even (0) for the nine while RDD&M shot a respectable - 1/2. The 18 was captured by RDD&M with a -2 to -3 for BHLJ.

Notice: If you played today, you cannot use the excuse of "too cold" in the future. Today was as cold as it's going to get and still be playable!
