Had our "usual" turnout for golf this morning. We had a total of five golfers for the front nine, but lost two of them (Walt, Tommy) in the "mist" when we made the turn.*
The courses are still very wet, almost as if they have been watered, and just isn't a lot of fun to play right now. I'd like to also complain about the putting but since I putt like crap, even on a good day, that seems like wasted effort!

As is our normal situation with less than 6 players, we played a skins game with trash! The big winner was Hergy with 10 over 18 holes, Ron had 6 over 18 and Don managed to scrape together 4 over 18.*
Tommy had 5 over 9 and Walt had 1 over 9. Although it appears the "Bugeater" apparently played well winning 10 skins, that was not the case.
He won 2 holes, both with birdies. However, on the back, he won 8 points in one hole - #17 - (greenie, carry-over greenie, four carry-over holes and the hole with a birdie).

We have one more play date Tuesday, Dec 23rd) before we take a holiday break. The weather is supposed to be iffy - so have a nice holiday if we don't see you till after Christmas!
