We had 10 golfers start out this AM. Nine in a "competitive mode", Dan played, but not in the Team competition. Unfortunately, Walt had an injury and was forced to quit after just 2 holes so we ended up with 2 threesomes and a "deuce"!

What is with this weather? It was quite cool this AM with just a hint of threatening overcast clouds. Must be the fact that College football is near by and therefore Fall can't be far behind!

The first football pool for 2009 is out, unfortunately, with several mistakes. Looks like I need a pre-season shakedown contest! Thursday is the deadline!
