We had a great turnout for a Saturday. Eight golfers appeared for the contest this morning - which by the way was a lovely day to play golf.

*****POINTS*****

The TV repairman was the winner this morning. Finally getting his game back together after a couple of weeks hiatus, TV Louie posted a +5 to outdistance Walt and Larry, both posting +3's.

Probably should have loaned some of that mojo to the Gamecocks, since they are in dire need of some kind of help!

Louie also snuck away with the medalist honors as well, shooting an 85 (41-44). Don was close with a 87 and Larry who shot an 89.

Not a lot of scores to report this morning as the scoring was a little down and not a lot of guys seemed to be "on their game"

*****TEAM COMPETITION*****

The team of Ron, Louie, Jack and Don swept the team competition this morning. They played steady golf (+2) on the front (Dogwood) and +2 on the back (Azalea) to sweep the nines as well as the 18 (+4).

The team of Walt, Larry, Duke and Hergy were close but couldn't seal the deal. They posted a +1 on the front, a -2 on the back to finish the 18 with a -1.
