***** TEE TIME INFORMATION *****

They have altered our Saturday tee time because of the Kentucky Derby golf outing.  We had originally thought we would tee off at 9:30 am, but they have moved us ahead of a couple of groups.

Our "Standing" Summer tee times will be:

10:00 - 10:08 - 10:16 am Tuesday - Thursday

***** GENERAL INFORMATION *****

We had 9 this morning.  Wow, what a great day to play...too bad the golf wasn't up to "snuff" as well. Everyone did turn in a positive score though, but more "normal" than has been the case for the month.

***** INDIVIDUAL HONORS *****

We had a tie for the Points leadership today.  WAL-MATT (Walt) and the DON aka: Paint-boy, tied this morning at +8.  Vying for the second spot was Larry at +6.

The medalist honors belong to DON with a nice 81.  86 was the next best score by Bob Moody.

Every one of the 9 golfers this morning posted a positive number!

****TEAM COMPETITION*****

We had near sweep of the team competition this morning. BRENT, WAL-MATT and HERGY led all the teams today by capturing the front, tying the back and winning the eighteen with a total combined score +13.  (+6 1/2. +6 1/2 = 13).  Raining on their parade was the trio of Larry, George and Ernie, also posting a +6 1/2 on the back (Dogwood) to tie and avoid the sweep.  The final group of golfers, and I'm using this term loosely) was Bob, David and Don.  Everyone was real "upset" to finally see these handicap moguls finally lose a little of the vast sums of money they have been pilfering from all of their fellow retirees.  They also did manage to tie the other group (Larry, George and Ernie) for second at +11.

There are going to be a few road trips/conflicts in MAY:

Thursday, May 13th SCGA (Senior) we qualify to play in this if we want to - its open to 55+

Thursday, May 20th - Course closed for Corporate outing

Saturday, May 22nd - Regions Cup
