***** GENERAL INFORMATION *****

COURSES FOR THE WEEK: AZALEA /DOGWOOD

We had 9 this morning. The weather looked more ominous than it really was.  The course is in great shape and is playing near its peak condition (IMHO)  The scores were kind of scattered today.  No one really tore it up and no one really stunk.......to bad!   Everyone who played today posted a positive score!

***** INDIVIDUAL HONORS *****

The point winner to day was little RONNIE WILLIAMSON.  Ron shot a +10 to barely eek out a victory over second place Jack Taylor at +9.  Both of these guys should be in the "I don't have a clue why I score well" program.  Someday when they wake up they'll play like the rest of us!
The medalist honors belong to RON and DAVID with matching 84's.  Just a stroke back was Hergy and Brent with 85's.

Not to bad a showing, everyone had a very positive outcome since the scores were up!

****TEAM COMPETITION*****

Can you say tie, tie, triple tie!  Two teams managed to tie absolutely everything - unfortunately for one group.  The teams of JACK, LARRY and BRENT managed to tie the team of HERGY, WALT and DAVID stroke for stroke.  Both teams had a +7 on the front and a +11 on the back for a +18 total.
Odd group out (and I mean that in the worst way possible) was the team of Ron, Don and Tommy.  They had a + 3 1/2 on the front and a +7 1/2 on the back for a 18 hole total of +11.  Keep trying guys, you'll figure it out someday!
